How do I check in my luggage?
Check-in your luggage at the coach by handing it over to our Coach Captain or Porter (for selected service centre only). It is your responsibility to ensure that your luggage is loaded into the right coach’s luggage compartment.

If you have additional items such as golf bags, baby strollers, or any items of unusual luggage size, please enquire and check-in with our Customer Care Officer before boarding.

 
 

Do you have any restrictions on what can I place in my luggage and otherwise?
Kindly ensure that you do not store heat-sensitive items in your luggage and any other valuable items should be kept by your side at all times.

Please be reminded that are you not allowed to bring any prohibited items of your destination’s country.

What is the carry-on-board luggage allowance?
We allow one piece of hand-carried luggage not bigger than 30cm x 15cm x 10cm. On top of that we only allow for camera bags or shopping bags to be carried on board.

 
 

What is the luggage allowance?
Each adult ticket is entitled to two (02) complimentary luggage tags while each child ticket is entitled to one (01) complimentary luggage tag.

*We DO NOT ALLOW BOXES and / or items of IRREGULAR DIMENSIONS (e.g:surfboard, bicycle, foldable bicycle etc) to be loaded into our coach.


DISCLAIMERS : While we attempt to take care of your check-in luggage, the risk of loss or damage of the check-in luggage remains with you. We strongly advised customers against placing any item that is heat-sensitive, fragile, perishable or valuable in the luggage compartment.

You are responsible to ensure your luggage (and its contents) is secured and safe during its placement in the luggage compartment or anywhere else on board on our coach.

We are not responsible for any loss of your luggage or belongings on board the coach or in the luggage compartment.

Our Coach Captain will unload your luggage at the immigration & customs checkpoints and upon arrival. Please take care of your belongings at all times and kindly stand by during the unloading to claim your luggage and to prevent your luggage from being claimed by a third party.

At the immigration & customs check points, you are required to carry the luggage from the coach to the checkpoints and back to the coach. Kindly ensure that your luggage is loaded into our luggage compartment. We will not be held responsible if any luggage is left at the checkpoints.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL TO CARRY LUGGAGE : We have the right to refuse carriage for any of your luggage in the following events :-

Should there be more luggage beyond our storage capacity, we will prioritize luggage with the Complimentary Luggage Tags. Should there be not enough storage space, we have the right to refuse to carry luggage with Additional Purchased Luggage Tags. In such event, we will refund you with the purchase price of the Additional Purchased Luggage Tags. There shall be no refund of your ticket fare.

If the luggage is very large or heavy which our Coach Captain finds it difficult to load and unload into our storage space.

It is deemed by us to be unsuitable to transport the luggage for any reason.

 
 

What if I need additional luggage tag?
Should you need Additional Luggage Tags, you may purchase the Additional Luggage Tags from our Customer Care Officer at the coach before boarding. The cost is RM10 for trips departing from Malaysia and S$10 for trips departing from Singapore.

 
 

Who should I make the payment to for the additional luggage tag?
The payment should be made to our Customer Care Officer who will then issue you a yellow tag to be attached to your luggage. Please ensure you obtain this tag as proof of payment and acknowledgment by our Customer Care Officer.

 
 

Do I carry my own luggage at the Immigration & Customs Checkpoint?
Yes you do as you are to ensure your clearance from the immigration & customs check point. Please ensure you collect the correct luggage.

If you have any dutiable or taxable goods exceeding your duty-free concession (or Goods and Services Tax (GST) relief for Singapore), controlled or restricted goods; or prohibited goods – please proceed to the Customs’ RED CHANNEL for declaration. Otherwise, please proceed to the Customs’ GREEN CHANNEL for clearance.

 
 

I forgot my luggage/hand-carry, can you recover it for me?
Each and every item found left behind on our coach will be rightfully returned to its owner.

Please be reminded that you are to ensure your every belonging is collected during immigration & custom inspection, as well as upon disembarkation of coach at your destination, as we will not be held responsible should your item and/or luggage be missing.

 
 

I forgot my (item) during the journey, can you recover it for me?
We will attempt to recover your item with our utmost best. Each and every item found left behind on our coach will be rightfully returned to its owner. Please let us know as soon as possible of your left behind item to enable an immediate search.

Kindly note that you are to check of your belongings’ presence before you disembark from our coach. We will not be held responsible should your item be missing.
