What type of coaches do you have?
Aeroline operates the Double Deck Coach with 30 seats on the upper deck and a business lounge which can accommodate 6 adults on the lower deck. The lower deck also consists of a washroom for light usage.

All Aeroline coaches are with an on board cabin crew to serve meals and beverages and to assist passengers during the journey. Aeroline coaches are air-conditioned and use air suspension for a superior ride comfort. With ergonomic seats that incorporate leg support and on board entertainment, we’ll connect you to your destination in comfort. Reading lights and plug points are available for the convenience of re-charging your laptop or mobile devices while on the move.

 
 

Can I request for a specific coach?
Aeroline has fixed schedules for each coach therefore you may not.

However, should we need to service any coach due to reasons of maintenance and safety, we reserve the right to replace the coach of similar type for the journey without prior notice.

 
 

What entertainment would you have?
All our coaches are equipped with individual touch screen entertainment system on board with various movies, music channels with headphones and games – all for your journey’s comfort, solitude and enjoyment.

Aeroline is continuously improving the facilities of our coaches for the better comfort and enjoyment of our passengers.

 
 

Do you have WI-FI on board?
At the moment, there is no WI-FI service on board our coaches.

 
 

Can I use my laptop or charge my mobile phone on board?
Yes, you may charge your mobile phone or use your laptop on board. We have provided plug points at every alternative seating row for your convenience to work and recharge your mobile devices. This facility however is only provided in our new coaches. You may also make use of the plug points available at our lower deck lounge if your seat happens to not have one for your usage.

 
 

Is there a smoking section? Can I smoke on board?
The coach is a non-smoking coach therefore you may not smoke on board.

 
 

When do you serve your meals?
Meals are usually served between half an hour to one hour of the journey’s start. For Singapore – Klang Valley, kindly note that your meal will be served after the clearance of the immigration & customs checkpoint.

 
 

Do I get any drinks?
Yes, we shall serve you a bottle of mineral water and a hot beverage.

 
 

Is the food serve on board Halal?
Yes, the food (vegetarian or normal) served is Halal by our Halal-certified caterers.

 
 

Can I request for vegetarian food?
In most circumstances, we can arrange for vegetarian food with at least 1 day advanced notice.

Kindly note that for Penang – Klang Valley, some trips will not be provided vegetarian meals due to caterer limitations. You shall be notified of the unavailability during your purchase, be it via online, ticketing hotline or walk-in. The inconvenience is much regretted.

 
 

How can I change my non-vegetarian meal to a vegetarian meal (or vice versa) via online?
For online purchases (with boarding tickets not printed yet) or e-tickets; you may make the changes of your meal preference via online. Simply log in to your account and at the Travel Summary page, you will notice your upcoming travel listed under 'Future Trips'. Click on the ‘Future Trips’ to view and select your choice travel for changes.



Following so, you will also notice four button options that include 'Change Meal Preferences'.



According to the trip you wish to make a change to, select from the drop down menu 'Vegetarian Meals', the quantity of vegetarian meal required for the particular route.'0' would indicate no vegetarian meal, while '1' and its following numerals ‘2’, ‘3’… indicate the number of vegetarian meal required.



Kindly note that change of meal preference can only be made once via online. Subsequent change will have to be made at our service centre, not less than 24 hours before time of departure.

 
 

How can I change my non-vegetarian meal to a vegetarian meal (or vice versa) if I have collected my physical boarding ticket or from a service centre walk-in purchase?
For online purchases with physical boarding tickets validated (printed)/collected or walk-in purchases of boarding ticket, the meal preferences can only be changed via a walk-in to the respective service centre not less than 24 hours before time of departure. The original boarding ticket must be presented to be endorsed and verified by our Customer Care Officer.

 
 

Do you serve beef/pork in your meals?
No, we do not serve beef/pork at all for our meals in consideration of our Buddhist, Hindu and Islam passengers.

 
 

Can I use the lower deck’s lounge?
Most certainly you can. The usage of the lounge is at the comfort of all our passengers with a first come, first serve basis. Kindly note that three seats however may be reserved for Aeroline Card holders with Priority Access Pass.

 
 

Is the washroom at your lower deck usable?
Yes it is, but please be reminded it is meant for a short relief and should you require a longer usage i.e. defecation, please seek our Cabin Crew to request a stop at the rest area.

 
 

How often do you update your movies?
We update our movies on a monthly basis with our utmost best.

 
 

What is a ‘standby meal’ and why did I get it?
Standby meals usually consist of noodles, crackers and light snacks. These meals are provided to our last minute walk-in customers (minimum 2 hours before departure) due to caterer limitations.
