How do I check-in at your service centre for my journey?

How do I check-in at your service centre for my journey?
You are required to be at our service centre at least 30 minutes before departure time.

If you haven’t got your boarding tickets, present your PIN number, confirmation email and credit card for identification to obtain your physical boarding tickets to board the coach.

If your boarding ticket was booked by a third party or the travelling passenger is not the credit card holder/person of purchase, the travelling passenger needs to simply present the identification card or passport, PIN number, and confirmation email of the confirmed online purchase to our Customer Care Officer.

If you have your boarding tickets ready with you, simply wait at our waiting lounge with your luggage and you’ll be informed for the boarding.

For Aeroline Card holders with e-tickets, simply present your e-ticket print-out to our Customer Care Officer during boarding. Kindly ensure your e-ticket print-out is not amended or scribbled onto in any manner as it shall be deemed invalid.

 
 

Am I required to bring along anything upon checking-in?
Yes, please refer to the previous question for the necessary items.

Please note in order to board the coach, you must have the physical Aeroline boarding ticket. Holders of e-tickets are an exception to this but you are required to present the print-out of your e-ticket.

All passengers will only be allowed on board the coach upon presentation of the valid, physical Aeroline boarding ticket as it is the officially recognized boarding pass. Receipts or any other documents of proof of purchase, including the confirmation slip, photo copy of tickets are considered invalid and unrecognized boarding passes.

 
 

How do I check-in my luggage?
Check-in your luggage at the coach by handing it over to our Coach Captain or Porter (for Singapore and Kuala Lumpur only). It is your responsibility to ensure that your luggage is loaded into the right coach’s luggage compartment.

If you have additional items such as golf bags, baby strollers, or any items of unusual luggage size, please enquire and check-in with our Customer Care Officer before boarding.

 
 

What time is the boarding for my trip?
Boarding for all trips is 15 minutes before departure time.

 
 

Can I choose to board the earlier departure time if it’s available?
Yes, you may do so for the same route on the same day if seats are available up till 15 minutes before its departure time. Please note that this change in bringing forward your trip must be done on the day of departure and will incur an administration charge of RM10.00/S$5.00 and is subjected to seat availability.

E.g. If your journey is on 26th November at 3.30pm for KUL-SIN and you’d like to option for the 10.00am KUL-SIN trip, you may come by our service centre up to 15 minutes before the 10.00am departure to check if seats are available to make the switch.

 
 

Will the coach wait for me if I am to be late?
Our coaches leave on time and are unable to wait at the expense of other passengers already on board. Please turn up at least 15 minutes before departure.

For those who bought tickets online, you are required to turn up at least 30 minutes before departure time to ensure you have enough time to obtain your physical boarding tickets.

 
 

Will you call me if I’m not there yet and the coach is about to leave?
Kindly note that you are responsible for your punctual and timely arrival before the trip’s departure and we shall not make such calls.

 
 

What if I called you to inform I’d be late and would like the coach to wait for me?
We seek for your kind understanding and consideration for all other passengers on board to be punctual with your arrival at our departure points. We would be unable to hold the coach’s departure at the expense of other passengers.

 
 

What if I've checked in but my spouse/parent/child/friend/relative is not here yet, can we wait for him/her?
Kindly ensure everyone in your travelling party arrives 15 minutes before departure time. We would be unable to hold the coach at the expense of other passengers already on board. We hope you'd understand that regardless of a single person check-in or otherwise, your punctuality matters to all on board.
