What is an Aeroline Card?
An Aeroline Card works like a prepaid card where you can easily purchase Aeroline tickets with the value in your card while enjoying various exclusive benefits.

 
 

How do I use the Aeroline Card?
You may use the Aeroline Card at any Aeroline Service Centre or website at www.aeroline.com.my and www.aeroline.com.sg.

 
 

Why should I apply for an Aeroline Card?
It is convenient and easy with bonus values for your top-ups to travel more, getting Priority Access Passes to obtain a seat when our coaches are running full, and to obtain e-tickets where you can print the e-ticket and immediately board without checking in.

 
 

What are the benefits of the Aeroline Card?

  • Bonus Value
    Each time you top-up, you get extra bonus value ranging from RM10 to RM80 (S$5 to S$50). The more you top-up, the more you get! From time to time, we will also have promotional periods with extra bonus value added on.

    The table below explains the bonus value and Priority Access Pass (PAP) and you will receive for each top-up;

  • Express Check-in
    When you book online with the Aeroline Card, you can print out your e-ticket. This allows you to immediately board the coach without having to check-in to exchange your pin number for your ticket. You don’t have to check in or wait in line with your PIN and identification anymore.


  • Priority Access Pass (PAP)
    You will obtain Aeroline Priority Access Passes which will enable you to obtain a seat on a trip that you want even if it’s running full. We’ll look for an additional seat* for you at no extra change so you can travel easily even with an unpredictable travel schedule.

    *Whilst every effort is taken to accommodate the trip that you choose with the PAP, we cannot guarantee that we can always get you the seat you want given the volatility of the demand and the limited number of PAP seats (3) per trip. We will offer you the next best option if the trip you want is unavailable.


  • No Administration Fee
    When you use the Aeroline Card to purchase tickets online or over the counter, you waive the administration fee too.

 
 

How much do I have to pay for an Aeroline Card?
Simply choose a top-up value to begin, from RM200, RM500 or RM800 (S$100, S$300 or S$500).

 
 

How do I sign up for an Aeroline Card?
You can do so via walk-in at any of our Aeroline service centre or simply log in and apply at our website.

A walk-in sign up would enable you to obtain your new Aeroline Card and Priority Access Pass (ePAP) instantly. You can immediately use your Aeroline Card upon the new sign-up.

A sign-up via online however will require 2-4 working weeks of mail delivery for your new Aeroline Card. Please ensure your mailing address is accurately updated to allow us to successfully mail your card to you. You can however immediately use your new Aeroline Card via online immediately after sign-up. The ePAP will also be available immediately after your top up online.

 
 

Is there any monthly/annual fees?
There are no monthly or annual fees or any membership charges either. Your sign up is completely free and you only need to begin with a top-up value.

 
 

How do you secure my Aeroline Card value and details?
Our website is encrypted with security and your Security Code further helps to prevent anyone from misusing your Aeroline Card value and details.

Kindly note that you are responsible for all transactions initiated by the use of your Aeroline Card.

 
 

Can I make changes to my details and Security Code?
If you’ve purchased your card via our service centre, you can do so at our service centre. Alternatively you may choose to have your card be accessible via online by linking it to our website and make your changes via online.

If you’ve obtained the Aeroline Card via our website, then you may easily access your account to change your details and Security Code via the Aeroline Card Centre.

 
 

If I sign up for my Aeroline Card at your service centre, can I still purchase a ticket with my Aeroline Card via online?
Absolutely. You may do so by linking your Aeroline Card to our website.

Simply visit our website at www.aeroline.com.my or www.aeroline.com.sg.

Upon logging in, at your Travel Summary, click onto the Aeroline Card Centre which is on the right side of your screen.

A new page will load and at the top of the page, you will see the link that invites you to link your Aeroline Card to our website. Simply click on it and it will take you to a new page that requires you to key in your Aeroline Card number and security code.

 
 

How do I use my Aeroline Card on your website?
Simply log-in to our website and at the first page of your online purchase, 'Plan Trip' - to select your choice route and date, there will be an option at the bottom to select a payment method. You can choose to pay by credit card or your Aeroline Card.

 
 

Can I cancel my card whenever I want to?
Unfortunately you may not at the moment.

 
 

How do I use the Aeroline Card for an e-ticket?
Simply purchase a ticket online at our website with your Aeroline Card and option for an e-ticket. You will then be required to print it out and present it upon boarding the coach.

 
 

What is the benefit of using an e-ticket?
The e-ticket allows you to immediately board the coach without having to check-in to exchange your PIN number for your ticket. You do not have to wait in line or queue for the verification of a physical boarding ticket.

 
 

Who should I contact if I have a problem with my Aeroline Card?

Can I change ownership of my Aeroline Card?
The Aeroline Card will belong to the registered individual and no transfer of ownership can be done.

 
 

What should I do if my Aeroline Card is lost/stolen?
The Aeroline Card contains a cash value in it therefore we would like to advise you to ensure that it’s safely and properly kept. In cases of a lost/stolen Aeroline Card, the card will not be replaced and Aeroline is not responsible for any lost and/or stolen card.

 
 

How and when do I get my Aeroline Priority Access Pass?
You will get your ePAP immediately after top-up made via online. The numbers of ePAP will correspond to the amount of the top-up values.

For top-ups made via our service centre, our Customer Care Officer will update your ePAP status in your Aeroline Card accounts after you have paid with the top-up amount.

 
 

Can I get the Priority Access Pass immediately after an online top-up so that I can use it to get a lounge seat via an online purchase?
Yes, the ePAP will be available for your usage immediately after your top-up. Similarly for the top-up at our service centre, the ePAP can be used immediately.

 
 

If I apply the Aeroline Card online, when do I get the physical card? How about my ePAP?
For top-ups made via online, we shall mail the physical Aeroline Card to your address within 2-4 working weeks from the date of your application or top-up.

The ePAP will be available immediately online.

 
 

Do you still issue physical Priority Access Pass?
From August 2018 onwards, we will not issue any physical PAP. All PAP availability and usage will be through online at our website or over the counter at our service centre.

 
 

Can I still use my remaining physical Priority Access Pass? Can I transfer my physical Priority Access Pass to ePAP?
Yes, you may do so by using it at our service centre to purchase the lounge seat if the trip is fully booked. You can also transfer your physical PAP by returning the PAP to our service centre to convert it as ePAP.

 
 

How do I know how many Priority Access Pass I have?
The balance value of your card and the number of ePAP will be available for checking online at our website under your accounts at History page.

 
 

Can I book the lounge seat online using my physical Priority Access Pass?
We regret to inform that the physical PAP has to be presented at our service centre and cannot be used online. You may use it online after first converting it to ePAP by submitting your physical PAP to our counter.

 
 

Is there an expiry date for the Priority Access Pass issued? Can I extend the validity of the PAP?
The PAP expiry date is for one year from the date of issue. PAP expiry date is not extendable.

 
 

Can anyone of my family/friends use my Aeroline Priority Access Pass?
Yes, you may share this privilege with your family and friends.

 
 

Will I be informed of any new Aeroline Card promotions/benefits?
Yes, we shall email you for our latest updates and promotions.
